Adding links(external/internal) to Content

 

  • Type link description in the text editor
  • Highlight the description
  • Click on the “Link” icon as shown in the picture below

·         It will bring up another window as below

  • If the target page is an internal page, choose “Other” as protocol and provide a link [this is all the text after the domain name]
  • If the target page is an external page, choose “http” as protocol and provide a full link(for ex. http://www.fortunesamerica.com). Then go to “Target” tab, Change target to “New Window (_blank)”. So the when the user click on the link, it will display the target page on a new browser and keep our site window as it is.
