The process may be slightly different from site to site and time to time, we follow the fundamental principles to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. Our goal is to be successful along with satisfaction.

1. Initiation and client meetings

• Fortunes America will collect client’s requirements via online questionnaire or meetings.
• We will provide few possible options to the client with approximate deliverables and cost estimates for each option.
• Fortunes America and Client will come to a common agreement to proceed on a project

2. Requirement Analysis / Website Specifications

• Capture detail requirements from client and Analyze the requirements
• Client preferences, suggestions on look and feel of the website must be communicated and documented at this stage
• Development tools will be finalized
• Fortunes America will send detail planning, scope of the project and milestone dates

3. Website Development Agreement

• The document prepared in step (2) becomes basis for an agreement which is approved and signed by the client.
• Receive feedback from client and update the document if needed
• Client sends 25% deposit check

4.a. Design

• Fortunes America works out a graphical website design incorporating, the overall look and feel, colors, logo and navigation features specified by the client.
• This phase may require back and forth communication and changes between the client and designer till the client is satisfied with the layout of the web page

4.b. Coding

• Once the client approves the design the project launches into the development phase
• In this phase the approved Photoshop design is converted into HTML/CSS pages, template/theme will be created based on the technology we choose.
• Testing site will be hosted on Fortunes America server or in the client's web space as client prefers.
• All the changes from this point onwards will be done on testing server and client can see the changes on a regular basis
• Implement the features as mentioned in the requirements document and client can test the features as it completes coding

4.c. Testing

• At this point all required programming is done and client will perform end to end testing. The website is ready to go live after the site is tested thoroughly and client approves it.

5. Web Hosting & Go Live

• Once the site is ready to go live, we do the bandwidth & web space requirements analysis. Client or Fortunes America will prepare the hosting environment. All the contents are transferred to the web server and codes are adjusted with reference to new base directory structure.

6. Online Testing

• Once all the site contents are ported to the web server, then site is tested thoroughly, in order to make sure that all defined functionalities are working perfectly and also there are no missing links.

7. Complete Web Site Development

• Once the site is tested on line, the development process is complete, whole web site can be burned on CD and handover the client.
• Client will make final payment. Please note that payment schedule may vary from contract to contract.
• Required documentation will be provided to the client. (For example, How to add/update the content, images and videos for CMS Sites, add/edit Categories, products for e-Commerce sites).
• We also provide 2 weeks post live support for any minor issues and bugs
• One hour phone training session is scheduled

After this phase any major change or update will be quoted separately.

8. Promotion

Once the website goes live, it is time to get site indexed and improve page rankings with search engines. Now the main aim is to get more and more people to visit the site and search engines make it easy for people to find your site. Get your web site indexed. 9. Maintenance and Post Development Support
After the development process is complete, the client may sign on a contract for ongoing web site promotion, traffic analysis, web site performance, links testing, popularity testing, host performance, minor updates or changes in the content of the web site. Fortunes America will undertake these changes and updates at very affordable rates.
